What is the return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective films.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Does your products come with warrenty?
